Suggest a better descriptionCombine dry ingredients in bowl and whisk thoroughly. Melt the butter in a pan and separate yolks and whites. Add buttermilk, melted butter, and yolks to dry ingredients. Fold in conservatively with rubber spatula. Whisk egg whites and add last, folding in again. Let sit 15-30 minutes and fry on 350 degree pan. Flip when top side covered with bubbles.
