Heat oil in a frying pan and pour some of the mix in. Move the pan around to spread the mix, covering the entire bottom of the pan. Add more mix if needed.
Flip the pancake once the bottom side is cooked. Allow the rest of the pancake to cook.
Plate up once cooked.
