I have made many home made pancakes I found this so far is the best
You can use this for waffles as well just make it thicker
Very easy just sift all dry add wet and mix
Let it sit for 10 mins before cooking
Place in buttered hot pan until bubbles the top then flip.
Use what you want to top it, we use many different things
strawberries
peanut butter and jam or banana
chocolate chips (add when top start to bubble)
blueberry sauce
