Blend all ingredients well at high speed. Butter a hot flat skillet to prevent sticking. Ladle 1/2 cup mixture onto very hot flat skillet. Flip when partially cooked through.
Make sure the pan is really hot before cooking. Err on the side of undercooked vs. overcooked.
