Combine seasoning mix in a separate bowl. Combine eggs and parmesan cheese.
Spread even layer of seasoning on chicken, then soak 15-30 mins in egg.
Combine cream and cayenne, boil, lower heat, reduce by half.
Remove from heat, add parmesan, whip til cheese melts. Set aside.
Cook fettuccini in boiling water. Drain/cool. Set aside.
IN large skillet, heat 1/4" oil. Drain excess egg from chicken. Coat with bread crumbs.
Pan-fry until golden brown, drain on paper towels.
Reheat cream sauce, correct consistency.
Add fettuccini and toss.
