Suggest a better descriptionIn a pan put some oil and let it heat.. now add jeera, bay leaf, clove, peppercorns and saute it for few seconds....now add onion n fry until slightly golden brown. Then add capsicum n fry for few mins... Now add tomatoes n cook until it is mashed completely... Now add haldi, red chilli powder , coriander powder, salt and a Lil bit of Shahi paneer masala... Cook for 2 to 3 mins n then turn off the gas... Let the mixture cool down a bit.... Take a mixture jar n grind it to a fine paste... Now again take a pan, add good quantity of butter n pour the mixture into it.... Add water as per ur choice of the consistency of the gravy.... Add little more Shahi paneer masala and then add coriander leaves... Now close the lid n cook it for sometime... Keep the flame on low.. now add the panner cubes n cook it for 2 3 minutes.... Top it up with a Lil fresh cream n ur panner butter masala is ready.... Serve hot with tandoori roti or even chapati...
