Suggest a better descriptionPreheat a panini press, stainless steel pan or griddle over medium heat. Cut the rolls in half cross-wise and place 4 halves on a work surface. Layer 2 slices prosciutto and 2 slices tomato on each half. Add mozzarella, basil and peppers. Season with salt and pepper. Place reserved bread halves on each. Spray each side with 2 seconds of cooking spray. Place panini on the panini press or pan. Press until warmed through, browned and crisp. Cut in half to serve.
