Gettin' 'er done:
Mix (blend well) all the wets/spices/onion/garlic/berries/jelly in a medium bowl except sprigs of herbs & bay leaf.
Drizzle some olive oil in the bottom of your slow cooker crock pot.
Season/flour 'n' just very lightly braise lamb chops in Gotham steel pan (DO NOT let them begin to cook)
Pour a little of your wet mixture into your slow cooker.
Lay in your lamb chops.
Lay your sprigs of herbs & bay leaf 'round the chops.
Pour the rest of wets over top. - Make sure the herbs 'n' bay leaf are all submerged in the liquid around the chops.
Set slow cooker on low for somewhere in the where abouts of 5 hours - watch- just 'til chops are tender and falling off the bone.
Do not let the lamb chops begin to cook while browning them. If you haven't any chokecherry brandy, any tart/sweet brandy will work.
