Suggest a better description1. In a large bowl mix gelatin and boiling water, stirring until gelatin dissolves. Add yogurt, mixing until smooth and well combined. Mix in lime rind. 2. Refrigerate until mixture is almost firm. Meanwhile, mix lime juice and papaya and set aside. 3. Beat gelatin mixture with electric mixer until fluffy. Fold in papaya mixture, grapes, and almonds. Place in a 4 1/2- to 5-cup mold and refrigerate until firm (3 to 4 hours). 4. Unmold and serve on a lettuce lined plate.
