1. Chop pepper/green onions and salami
2. Roast pepper/green onions and salami in small pan (ca. 20cm) with olive oil on low heat
3. Mix eggs, cayenne and salt in a bowl
4. Put pepper/onion/salami mix + Mozzarella into the egg bowl and mix
5. Pour the mix into the pan (with olive oil) and fry on low heat for 5/6 minutes
