Flatten the ground beef into four burger patties; place each in the center of a piece of foil. Add carrots, potatoes, onion, salt & pepper on top of the burgers, then divide up the butter onto each. Wrap the foil tightly around the burger & vegetables so that you have four individual packets. Now you're ready to cook! If camping, you can put the packets directly over your campfire. You can also put them on the grill or bake them in the oven at 375 until meat is brown all the way through.
