Suggest a better description1. Mix flour, salt and oil first, then add water to make a soft, sticky dough. Rest for 30 minutes.
2. Sprinkle a little flour and knead dough till no longer sticky.
3. Tear off a little ball and roll out to a size similar to a roti. Brush with a little oil or ghee, sprinkle a little flour, then roll into a tube.
4. Roll the tube into a spiral and tuck the free end into the centre.
5. Roll out again into a size similar to roti.
6. Heat a frying pan to medium low. Start by dry frying both sides till the dough starts to rise and the layers start separating internally.
7. Add a little oil to the pan from the sides and finish off by frying both sides.
