First dissolve yeast in water and mix up. Add 1 tsp. sugar. Set until yeast isn't grainy - add all ingredients. Beat on low 30 sec, on medium 2 minutes. Stir in 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese less 1 T. Ad 2 1/2 - 3 cups flour and see what dough is like. Add just enough flour that is comes from the sides of the bowl. Knead for 7-8 minutes. Cover and let rise in warm place till double the size and punch down dough. Divide in half and then divide each half into 3 pieces. Roll until each piece is 14" rope. Braid them together. Brush with better and cheese. Cover and let rise till double. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes until lightly brown.
