An easy way to make chicken; bake it in the oven.
Rinse chicken; pat dry. In a plastic bag combine cheese, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a shallow dish stir together egg and milk.
Dip chicken in egg mixture; place cheicken, 2 or 3 pieces at a time, in the plastic bag. Close bag and shake to coat chicken with cheese mixture.
Place chicken, skin side up, in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake in a 375 oven for 45 to 55 minutes or till chicken is tender.
