This is sooooooooo good if you love parmesan chicken this recipe is for you.
Whisk together egg and milk. Dip the chicken in mixture and then in bread crumbs. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Brown the chicken on both sides about 3-4 minutes each side. In a 13x9 pan pour enough spaghetti sauce to coat the bottom. Add chicken. Put mozzarella cheese on top of chicken; Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over the top. Add more mozzarella on top of the spaghetti sauce. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350f for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
