Preheat oven to 425?. Combine mayo and cheese. Arrange chicken in casserole (it makes some juice). Top with mayo mix. and sprnkle with crumbs (Izzie just uses Ital. seasoning and not crumbs).
Bake 20 min. or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serve with rice.
