Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
Mix parmesan, bread crumbs, paprika, parsley & garlic powder & place on a plate.
Dip pork chops in the mixture, making sure it sticks & sear in a pan of olive oil on medium high heat. Saute for 5 minutes each side.
Place pork chops in a glass baking dish & cook according to thickness. An inch thick, cook for 1 hour; regular thickness, cook for 30 minutes.
