Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 475 degrees F. with a baking sheet inside.
Combine parmesan, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and cayenne in a bowl.
Coat potato wedges with 1 tbsp oil in large bowl, then add parmesan mixture, tossing to coat. Remove baking sheet from the oven and coat with remaining 2 tbsp oil. Place wedges on pan and roast until golden, 15-20 minutes per side. Toss with parsley before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
