Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix cheese, spices and oil in a large bowl. Cut squash in half, clean out middle and slice into 2" pieces.
Mix squash in bowl of spices and place on baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes until squash is cooked through and cheese is browned. Optional: serve with additional parmesan cheese.
