Suggest a better descriptionSpray nonstick skillet with oil spray. Place over medium-low heat. Place half of tomato slices on bottom of pan, overlapping. Top with half of the asparagus. Repeat. Sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese. Pour eggs over the top. Sprinkle with salt. cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Slide the frittata onto large serving plate and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
