Parmesan and breadcrumb encrusted chicken.
Start by melting the butter in a pot or skillet large enough to hold one chicken breast. Turn on the oven to 350 degrees. As the butter is melting mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on a large plate. When the butter is melted coat a chicken breast in butter and then roll it in the breadcrumb mix. Place the coated chicken on a cooking sheet, preferably one with sides. Repeat for the rest of the chicken. Take any leftover breadcrumb mix and sprinkle on the tops of the chicken breast as desired. Place the baking sheet of chicken into the 350 degree oven for one hour or until cooked for small breasts.
