Drop dough by spoonfuls onto hot meat or vegetables in boiling stew in 3-quart microwavable casserole only around edge (do not drop dough in center). Cover tightly and microwave on high 5 to 7 minutes, rotating casserole 1/2 turn after 3 minutes, until dumplings are no longer doughy.
