Put the softened cream cheese in a medium to large mixing bowl.
Put the green onions, lunch meat and Worcestershire Sauce in a food chopper or food processor and grind until fine.
If you don't have a chopper or food processor just chop the meat and onions very fine. Add the last three ingredients to the bowl with the cream cheese and mix well with your hands.
Form into a ball and wrap with saran wrap. Refrigerate overnight and serve with chips or crackers.
This is best if it is made a day before using to allow the flavors to blend. You can use any type of lunch meat, but we like the honey ham. You could roll in chopped pecans or herbs to dress it up a little if desired.
