Suggest a better descriptionThaw out one loaf of Rhodes frozen bread dough. (I used a white bread loaf, although Rhodes has a 100% whole wheat available.) Place loaf into a zippered gallon sized plastic bag and set out on counter to thaw. You can also place in the refrigerator to thaw overnight. Your dough should be thawed but still cold to the touch. Roll loaf into a 20-22-inch rope. Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Form dough into a circle and place in the bottom of a sprayed bundt pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.
Once the dough is risen, preheat your oven to 350°F. While that's heating, slice the cheese and cook the bacon. Remove the wrap and bake the loaf at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Use a plastic knife to loosen the bread from the edges of the pan. Invert the pan and remove the loaf. Place it on a cooling rack until completely cool. Then make cuts lengthwise and widthwise, about 1-inch apart, without cutting through the bottom crust. Place the whole thing on a sprayed baking sheet (it's easier to have a helper on this step). Insert cheese slices (I used pepper jack) and bacon pieces between the cuts then sprinkle with green onion
Return to oven and bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
