Thaw pastry and preheat oven to 175?C.
Cut Ham, Spring Onions and tomatoes and place in mixing bowl. Mix in eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper for flavour. Cut each pastry sheet into 9 even squares and place pastry squares in lightly greased muffin tray. (spray oil is perfect) Fill each pastry with quiche mix and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Repeat these steps until mixture is gone. Should make approximately 24.
