In a large bowl cream together room temperature BUTTER, OIL, SUGAR and POWDERED SUGAR. Add EGGS and VANILLA and beat well. Blend in FLOUR, BAKING SODA, CREAM OF TARTAR and SALT.
REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT!
Heat Oven to 350 degrees.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheets and flatten with bottom of sugared glass.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, DO NOT BROWN!
