In una padella mettere l'olio, l'aglio e i pomodori secchi tagliati a strisce a soffriggere.
Tagliare le cimette dei broccoli e aggiungerli in padella con dell'acqua e il sale. Coprire con il coperchio e far cuocere per circa 15min.
Quando i broccoli si saranno ammorbiditi togliere il coperchio e far asciugare l'acqua, quindi aggiungere la panna e frullare il tutto.
Scolare la pasta, aggiungere al sugo con un po' acqua di cottura.
