Use paddle attachment on blender for 30 seconds. Then use dough hook for 2 minutes. Next knead on wooden board for 2 minutes. Rest dough in wet towel or plastic wrap for 30 minutes. Roll out dough.
We used quite a bit more water, maybe even 1/4 cup. Got to desired consistency. Let rest fro 30 min then cut dough into 4 equal parts before rolling.
Have also made without the salt and oil.
