This is a creamy sauce with ham served over pasta
Boil the pasta until al dente.
While the pasta is boiling saute the bacon until it is crisp and pour off the fat.
Then cook the onion until it is soft.
Add the cooked pasta to the bacon and onion and then stir in 2 eggs and the parmesan cheese.
for more authenticity use speck or prosciutto instead of bacon. Panchetta also works very well.
