2. Varm smør eller olje i en stekepanne.
3. Finhakk sjalottløk og hvitløk.
4. Ha flesket i stekepannen sammen med løkene. Middels varme, stek til gyllen.
5. Pisk eggene sammen med fløten og ha i rause mengder nykvernet pepper. Rør inn raspet parmesan.
6. Hell vannet av spaghettien, ha spaghettien tilbake i kasserollen og sitt den på en kald plate.
7. Hell over egg- og fleskeblandingen, og rør til egget kleber til spaghettien.
