Cook onion and bacon in oil
Combine mustard and flour in a jug and stir in evaporated milk
Mix all above ingredients together
In a greased casserole dish, add the mixture and place egg throughout
Top with breadcrumbs and cheese
Bake covered for 20 minutes, uncover and bake until brown
