Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover and simmer for an hour or so. Then add: 2 cups of "salad macaroni" and more water, if necessary, and simmer until the pasta is done (about 15 minutes). Serve with crusty french bread and the wine of your choice. Comfort food!! Recipe By : Rebekah Ashmore
