Saute beef in oil in a large 10 qt. pot until the beef begins to brown. Add onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse beans and add to the pot. Add stock, oregano, pepper, parsley, Tabasco, spaghetti sauce and pasta, and simmer for 45 minutes.
Serve with garlic bread and a salad -- DELICIOUS!
