Bring pot of salted water to boil, add spaghetti and cook according to package directions.
Put 2 tablespoons butter in oven proof skillet, when almost melted add chopped pancetta, saute until well browned.
In a large bowl add remaining 2 tablespoons butter, chopped.
Toss in spaghetti, pancetta, parmesan, salt and pepper, blend until butter melted and spaghetti is slightly cooled. Add eggs,
Put mixture in skillet and cook until lightly browned and slightly set.
Put in oven for approximately 10 minutes, until set and slightly browned.
