Pasta with shrimp and garlic sauce
Boil pasta, drain and save some of the starch pasta water
Heat olive oil and butter
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant
Toss in shrimp, salt, pepper to taste and cook until shrimp turning pink
Add oregano, spinach until wilted
Add parley, parmesan, lemon juice
Mix in pasta and cook until shrimp completely pink
Wait until pasta absorbs most of the juice and serve with fresh parmesan cheese
If pasta becomes too dry, add in extra pasta water
