Suggest a better descriptionPrepare marinara sauce. While marinara sauce is simmering cook spinach; drain well. Also cook pasta until al dente; drain well. To serve, place a bed of spinach on each of 4 dinner plates. Sprinkle with pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Add a layer of pasta. Top with marinara sauce and garnish with parmesan cheese, black peper and sauteed pine nuts.
