Cook rotini to desired doneness; drain; rinse with cold water. Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl. Pour dressing over and mix lightly.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to blend flavors.
Makes a good filling for pita bread - about 1/2 cup per pocket.
