Cook pasta until just tender. Drain. Transfer to large bowl, add dressing, toss to coat. Cool, stirring occasionally. Add chopped fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, Parmesan and olives; toss. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill.
