A nice one pot meal in about 30 minutes.
Make the sauce while pasta is cooking. Melt butter and cream cheese along with the garlic in the microwave. Add half and half and stir until smooth.
3 or 4 minutes before the pasta is al dente add the broccoli to the pasta. Two minutes later add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are pink.
Drain pasta mixture. Fold the sauce into the pasta mixture and garnish with parmesan curls.
Some other possible additions: grated onion, worchestershire sauce, cayanne, green onions, etc. Be careful not to overpower the delicate shrimp flavor.
