Suggest a better description1 Cook the spaghetti in a pan of boiling salted water. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the garlic and onion for 3-4 minutes, afterwards adding the bacon and continuing to cook for a further five minutes. 2 Stir in the walnuts, tomatoes, parsley and lemon rind. Heat gently until piping hot and season. Drain the pasta, place back in the pan and heat through. 3 Toss the pasta with the bacon sauce. When serving, top with little cubes of goats cheese and sprinkle with a little extra parsley. Recipe by: Good Living
