Julie made this up out of her head & I actually liked it. Does not look all that great in a photograph but it does taste good with a little garlic salt and stinky cheese.
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Set aside.
Saute peppers and mushrooms in olive oil or butter.
Mix all together with pasta sauce.
Serve over pasta or mix pasta in with sauce, meat and veggies.
