A simple yet delicious pasta dish. Some may find it elementary at first glance, but give it a whirl, it's flavorful with a hint of heat.
Before anything else, get your Meez in order, chop your herbs and spices, have all utensils ready (I use a spatula for the sausage, a wooden spoon for the rest), and have your pasta pot (sized according to how much pasta you're making) on the stove and filled. Brown sausage, drain, set aside. In the same skillet, add olive oil on high heat and wait until hot, but not smoking. Start heating pasta water about now. Add chopped garlic to oil, let cook for about 20 seconds, then add red pepper flakes. Pour tomato sauce in very soon after pepper flakes, allow to cook for about 30 seconds. Add herbs, add sausage, lower heat to Low and cover. Bring pasta water to boil, salt water to taste. Add pasta and cook to al dente. Stir sauce every couple of minutes while pasta cooks. Strain pasta and turn heat on sauce back up to high. When sauce is screamin' hot, add pasta and cook together for 3-4 minutes. Kill the heat and spoon into pasta bowls or plates. Enjoy.
