Suggest a better descriptionMade the recipe from Hazan's book, but:
-needed the full recipe for 250gm raw spaghetti (2 modest servings)
-used 2-3 garlic cloves extra instead
-started by mincing the garlic first in the mini-chopper before adding everything else
- do NOT add slt till the very end because of the parmiggiano
- added a few drops of lemon vinegar and black pepper for acidity and spiciness
-Garnish with a few basil leaves, pine nuts, olive oil and a few drops of tabasco is an excellent, surprising pairing!
