This is as good or better as fancy restaurant pasta, but a whole lot cheaper!
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Heat the oil from tomatoes in a non-stick skillet (if your tomatoes did not come in oil, heat about a tablespoon of oil and add the tomatoes immediately). Add salmon and cook until cooked through. Add the other ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook for about a minute. Toss the pasta with the sauce. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
If you don't like fish, you can make this without salmon. I have tried this recipe without the olives, as well, and it is still good.
