Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil and butter and brown sausage. Add red peppers and onions. Saute until soft and onion is golden brown. Stir in marjoram and tomatoes. Simmer until tomatoes soften, crushing with back of fork. Cook for about 5 minutes or until tomatoes release juices. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook pasta in large pot of salted water. Drain pasta but don't rinse. Return pasta to pot and add sausage mixture and ricotta cheese. Gently stir to blend. Transfer pasta to plates. Top with grated cheese and parsley.
