Cook Pasta. Preheat oven 350. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add oregano and next 4 ingredients (oregano - garlic), saute 3 min. Spoon shrimp mixture into 11x7 baking dish coated with oil spray. Add wine to pan, cook over low heat until reduced to 1/4 cup (about 3 min). Stir in tomato, pour over shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 min. Serve mixture over pasta, sprinkle with parsely.
