A yummy pasta recipe with fresh spinach, bacon slithers and tomatoes
Cook the pasta in boiling water according to the instructions on the package.
Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok and stir fry the bacon slithers in 4 minutes.
Add the garlic and stir fry for another few minutes.
Add the can of tomatoes to the garlic and bacon.
Cut the spinach with scissors and add it a little at a time to the tomato mix.
Keep adding the spinach and let is shrink each time.
Heat a grill pan and grill or fry the sausages in 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain the pasta and add it to the tomato-spinach mix.
Serve the pasta with the sausages on the side.
