Suggest a better descriptionCook the pasta of salted water with a splash of oil. Boil for 12 minutes. Drain and cool. Place the pasta in a bowl and the tomatoes, olives, mozzarella, and 6 chopped sun dried tomatoes.
For the dressing, combine 5 sun dried tomatoes, vinegar, oil, garlic, capers and salt and pepper in a food processor until almost smooth.
Pour the dressing over the pasta, sprinkle with cheese and basil and toss well.
