Rainbow trout fillets contain the same Omega 3 oils as fresh salmon and they are lower in fat.
1. Fry the fillets in oil for 3 minutes.
2. Flake the fillets into a bowl.
3. Add creme fraiche, dill, a squeeze of lemon juice & black pepper.
4. Serve with pasta.
