- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon water
Add 1 28 oz. can of diced tomatoes.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup vodka. (START PASTA NOW)
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add:
- 8 leaves Basil (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- pepper to taste
Simmer 5 minutes.
Puree the sauce mixture.
Simmer sauce until desired thickness.
Drain pasta, RESERVING 1/4 cup water.
Add pasta and reserved water to sauce.
